WEF index ranks Hong Kong as world's No 1 financial centre

Hong Kong has topped the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Financial Development Index for the second consecutive year.

The city ranked first among 62 countries, with an overall score of 5.31 on a scale of 1 to 7. The score is measured on a vast amount of data intended to set standards for the world to follow.
