China Resources Gas shares suspended: HKEx

Trading in shares of China Resources Gas Group was suspended on Monday morning, according to a filing on the Hong Kong exchange.

The company said the suspension was pending the release of a statement on talks of a possible merger with China Resources Power Holdings to form an integrated energy group under China Resources (Holdings) Company.

Trading in China Resources Power was also suspended.
