Indian steel hit by ditched projects

ArcelorMittal and Posco's decisions to scrap US$12 billion of proposed steel projects in India and delays in building plants by Tata Steel and others will probably see the nation fall 50 million tonnes short of its target for steelmaking capacity in 2020.
