CLP to post profit rise with Indian unit back in black

CLP, the larger of Hong Kong's two electricity suppliers, is expected by analysts to post today a gain of 19 to 24 per cent in interim profit as lower coal cost and increased supply of the fuel cut losses in its Indian operation.
