Icap fined US$87 millon, 3 ex-employees charged in Libor interest rate rigging probe





US and British authorities fined Icap, the world’s biggest interdealer broker, US$87 million on Wednesday and filed criminal charges against three former employees over the Libor interest rate rigging scandal.
