Tesco to put HK$4.3 billion and shops into hypermarket joint venture with China Resources Enterprise

Tesco will inject retail assets and HK$4.325 billion in cash into a hypermarket joint venture with China Resources Enterprise, the state-backed Chinese firm said on Wednesday.
