China needs 7.2 per cent economic growth, Premier Li Keqiang says

China needs to sustain economic growth of 7.2 per cent to ensure a stable job market, Premier Li Keqiang said in remarks published on Tuesday, one of the few times a top official has stated the minimum level of growth needed for employment.
