HKT to acquire CSL New World Mobility in US$2.425 billion deal

In a statement today, HKT managing group director Alex Arena announced the deal which makes the telecommunications arm of Richard Li Tzar-kai’s PCCW the biggest wireless and fixed-line network operator in Hong Kong.
