Economist Steven Levitt and sociologist Sudhir Venkatesh found fame and fortune with their observations on Freakonomics, one of the amusing findings of which was headed, "Why drug dealers still live with their moms", a reference to the fact that pay structures in the drugs racket were badly skewed.
