Civil engineer Simon Wong built a small family restaurant business into a HK$1 billion company

Simon Wong Kit-lung is executive director of restaurant management firm LHGroup. Under his management, the company has grown to 30 restaurants, including The Banqueting House and Gyu-Kaku brands, and has over HK$1 billion in annual turnover.
