Short holiday week sees directors' deals down sharply

Director activity plunged in the holiday-shortened week with just nine companies recording 31 transactions. The value of the deals, at HK$161 million, was down from the HK$201 million generated by 26 firms with 117 trades in the previous four-day week, filings to the stock exchange show.
