Fibre cable maker Yangtze Optical seeks HK$1.6b IPO

Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable, a mainland manufacturer of optical fibre, has started to take orders from retail investors between Wednesday and Monday afternoon, to raise up to HK$1.6 billion in a Hong Kong initial public offering.
