Louis XIII to raise HK$3b

After placing the biggest ever order for Rolls-Royce cars in history in September, Hong Kong tycoon Stephen Hung’s listed flagship Louis XIII now seeks to raise up to HK$3.025 billion through shares and convertible bonds for its planned deluxe casino resort.
