Two Asian funds buying US$1b in unsecured convertible bonds by Cheniere Energy of Houston

Two Asian investment funds are purchasing US$1billion in unsecured convertible bonds to be issued by Cheniere Energy, a Houston-based company specialised in liquified natural gas, to fund the US firm’s project in Texas.
