HK$6.3b deal for Sunac stake purchase in Greentown dropped

A deal for Sunac China Holdings to buy a stake in Greentown China has been called off, despite Sunac having already paid the bulk of the HK$6.3 billion purchase price under an agreement that was struck in May.
