Beijing support draws brokerages to OTC market

Beijing has encouraged brokerages to resort to the over-the-counter market to raise fresh capital, giving them a financing alternative to the Hong Kong and mainland stock exchanges amid a fundraising spree to replenish margin trading businesses.
