Emperor International acquisition of Synergis called off

A proposed acquisition of Synergis Holdings, a listed property management company, by Albert Yeung’s Emperor International Holdings, has been called off, according to a filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

No reason was given for the cessation of negotiations.
