Greentown China disputes Sunac declaration to buy joint ventures, legal action possible

Mainland China developer Greentown China Holdings denied on Monday the legal validity of a unilateral announcement by Sunac China Holdings to buy two 50-50 joint ventures for 15.5 billion yuan (HK$19.4 billion) including 4.2 billion yuan in debts.
