Planned MPF reforms don't go far enough

The city's pension regulator this year is set to push through a reform of the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme that will require providers to offer a simple, core fund with low fees. But analysts believe the reforms would improve but not solve all the problems that beset the retirement scheme.
