Industrial Securities seeks waiver on free-shares rule for planned HK listing

Industrial Securities, a mid-sized mainland brokerage that plans a Hong Kong initial public offering, has lobbied the mainland regulator to exempt its state-owned shareholders from giving free shares to the national pension fund after its share flotation.
