Mainland China developer Shimao to issue US$300 million of senior notes

Hong Kong-listed Shimao Property signed an agreement on Tuesday to issue US$300 million of senior notes that will mature on February 10, 2022, it said on Wednesday morning.

The notes, paying 8.375 per cent, will be listed on the Singapore exchange.
