Troubled developer Kaisa says creditors have made 70 applications to preserve assets

Property developer Kaisa, which is trying to restructure US$7.6 billion of debt on the mainland, said on Thursday creditors had made 70 applications to civil courts to preserve the company’s assets as of April 7.
