China Feb home prices rise 2.1pc

Average new home prices in China’s 70 major cities rose 2.1 per cent in February from a year earlier, according to Reuters calculations based on official data published on Monday, marking the second straight month of year-on-year increase.

In month-on-month terms, prices rose 1.1 per cent in February and have now risen for seven of the last eight months.
