Hong Kong stocks flat by break

Hong Kong shares ended the morning session flat on Wednesday, giving up early gains owing to ongoing concerns about the strength of the Chinese economy.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index dipped 10.95 points to 21,661.08 on turnover of HK$30.82 billion.
