Developer Country Garden reports net profit up 20.1pc

Mainland property developer Country Garden has reported a 20.1 per cent rise in net profit to 10.23 billion yuan (HK$12.67 billion) for last year.

The average estimate of analysts in a Bloomberg poll was 9.76 billion yuan.
